In 2005, during a two-week work stay at the Premier Inn in Aldershot, I had an experience that would change my life forever. I expected nothing more than a routine business trip and a quiet night’s rest. However, in the early hours of the morning, I was abruptly awoken by a bright, almost blinding light. Floating in front of the closed curtains was the figure of a woman dressed entirely in white.

She stood silently for a moment, her presence both startling and strangely calm. Then, without warning, her gown ignited in flames, spreading from the hem of her dress upward until her entire figure was engulfed. In an instant, she vanished, dissolving into a glowing white ball of light that blinked out of existence.

A Lifetime of Strange Occurrences

Looking back, this was not my first brush with the unexplained. As a child, I often felt someone sitting at the end of my bed when no one was there.
